We here at PBS implement different types of homework for patients. One being called measures, these help assess where individuals are in their therapy progress. Another is practicing skills learned in individual sessions and group settings. With a myriad of other resources we use, these are only two examples.
Therapy is what one does inside AND outside of their allotted time with a professional. Change is never easy. And as Marsha Linehan always says, “Everyone is doing the best they can and they can do better.”
