We have a new EHR system called Valant. This system is a better-designed platform for our practice and for our patients to increase and streamline scheduling, billing, and important clinical interface.


Within the new system is a tool called the Patient Portal.

Patient Portal

The patient portal is an individual’s one stop shop for everything you need. You will be able to access all future appointments, all invoicing (as needed) for insurance, and any outcome measures sent to you by your provider to be completed.

Account Set-up

You will receive an email upon arrival at your initial appointment from AcctSetup@valant.com to put in your credentials to set up your portal. Once you have done so there will be a box to enter a validation code as part of this process. The front desk will be happy to provide for you the four-digit validation code. We prefer to give them to you in person to ensure security, but upon request we can provide the code via encrypted email.
